Refund & Return Policy

Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

01.Overview

At Health Pro Growth Solutions ('HPG'), we are committed to delivering exceptional digital products and done-for-you automation services tailored for healthcare professionals. Due to the nature of our offerings — custom-built AI Healthcare Assistants, digital tools, and business automation services — our refund and return policy is structured to protect the integrity of our work and ensure fairness to all parties involved.

02.Setup Fee & Digital Product Sales

All setup fees and one-time payments for digital products, including AI assistants, automation systems, or any customized builds, are non-refundable once initial development has commenced.

This includes but is not limited to any portion of the $2,000–$40,000 setup fee or any paid-in-full annual option.

03.Monthly Subscription (Recurring Services)

Clients enrolled in the monthly subscription may cancel at any time after the initial contract period.

To cancel and avoid the next billing cycle, written notice must be received at least 14 days before your next billing date.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

04.Satisfaction Guarantee (First 30 Days)

If you are unsatisfied with our service during the first 30 days, you may request a partial refund (up to 25%) of the setup fee, provided the following conditions are met:

  • No custom automation, bot build, or onboarding materials have been delivered.
  • No strategic session, training, or onboarding call has occurred.

05.Assets Delivered

Once assets are delivered or development has begun, the setup fee becomes fully non-refundable.

06.Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit under exceptional circumstances. Examples include:

  • Duplicate transactions.
  • Platform or service access issues caused solely by HPG for more than 14 consecutive days.

07.Submitting Exceptional Refund Requests

All exceptional refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

08.Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve your issue is considered a breach of our policy. In such cases:

  • Your account and all services may be suspended immediately.
  • We reserve the right to pursue collection for any outstanding balances.
